Please make wishes

"Have you ever been to the Asia's world city? Maybe it's Tokyo, Shanghai or Seoul? Maybe it doesn't exist at all although the Hong Kong government has adopted it as branding of the city. Imagine you were a visitor or resident there, what would you wish to see there? I wish for true democracy and freedom of speech, but some of my friends simply wish for a all female police force and cheap lychee martini. Please tell me yours."
